DSE's PTO program is experience based rather than tenure based. Relevant internship co-op and military experience is evaluated at hire and can qualify you for a higher PTO allocation from day one. Its a rare structure in this industry where most companies only reward the tenure you earn after you join. That same philosophy carries through the rest of the benefits package.
