Job summary

TAI is seeking an Electrical Division Manager for its Industrial Electrical Division. You will lead engineers, designers, and CAD professionals to deliver high-quality electrical design solutions across industrial projects.

Shape technical standards, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while supporting growth of the engineering group. You will oversee operations, manage budgets, ensure safety and quality controls, and coordinate with project managers to staff assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or other applicable field.
• Professional Engineer licensure (licensure within mid-Atlantic region preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading electrical design projects with teams of engineers and designers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience performing quality control reviews and standards development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and deep practical electrical engineering knowledge.
• Oversee divisional operations and ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies.
• Manage budget and resources for equipment, staff, and training needs.
• Conduct annual and quarterly employee reviews and HR documentation.
• Maintain high quality control policies and ensure standards are met across projects.
• Collaborate with other division managers and staff to drive growth and standards.
