Job summary
Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic sales professional to partner with channel partners, consultants and end users within a defined territory. You will influence and guide the design of electrical distribution systems, delivering solutions across low/medium voltage, automation, and software offerings.
The role requires 3+ years in sales, a degree in Engineering/Technology/Business, and strong relationships with C‑Suite executives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced experience in electrical distribution or energy management.
- Advanced experience with consultative sales methodologies.
- Experience with low voltage/medium voltage equipment and related systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor with channel partners, consultants, contractors and end users to influence and guide design of electrical distribution systems.
- Lead solution sales across low and high voltage products, automation, services and software to meet customer needs.
- Connect channel partners to offers, applications and tools to achieve commercial goals.
- Consult with channel management, branch management, outside/inside sales, engineering and contracting teams to promote Schneider Electric innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver engineered-to-order solutions for customers.
- Interpret electrical plans and specifications to develop winning proposals.
- Drive market strategy and demand generation through multi-layer account plans and joint activities with partners.
- Exceed sales and profitability metrics to support Schneider Electric growth in assigned market.
- Engage cross-functional teams on software, cloud analytics and sustainability goals.
