Job summary

OneSource Distributors in Turlock, CA is seeking a customer-focused sales support associate. You will receive orders by phone and email, quote pricing, and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The role requires an AA degree or equivalent experience, plus 2–4 years in related work and strong communication skills. Work hours are 7:00am–4:00pm, onsite with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• AA degree plus 2–4 years related experience or equivalent education.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to run and maintain projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for groups.

Responsibilities

• Strives to meet customer expectations with each interaction.
• Receives customer product orders by phone and email.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Liaison between customer and departments including credit, warehouse, outside sales, and management.
• Provides price quotes and delivery terms for standard, complex, or non-standard items.
• Prepares sales tickets with identification, price, and tax status for processing.
• Estimates delivery dates based on schedules.
• Purchases materials following approved procedures.
• Follows up on quotations to convert to orders.
