OneSource Distributors in Yuma, AZ is hiring for a customer-focused sales support role. You will handle customer orders by phone and email, provide quotes, and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and management to ensure timely delivery.

The position requires an associate degree with 2–4 years of related experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work with various departments. Office and warehouse environment; 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) and two to four years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Ability to run and maintain projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations with each interaction.
• Receive orders by phone and email.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Coordinate with other departments including credit purchasing, warehouse, and management.
• Prepare quotations and estimates for prices, terms, and delivery.
