Upgrade Resources is seeking a Detailer Lead - Electrical in Fort Worth, TX to oversee and advance electrical detailing for prefabricated systems. The role collaborates with design and modeling teams, ensuring model outputs are install-ready for shop floors and aligned with constructability standards.

The position emphasizes leadership of the detailing team, strong technical aptitude, and a pathway for advancement. Revit training is provided, with a focus on on-site presence 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive electrical detailing experience or 4+ years with electrical apprenticeship
• Ability to read and interpret electrical construction documents and specifications
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Experience mentoring electrical detailers or field crews
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical detailing team for prefabricated skids, HACs, and CDUs
• Coordinate with design and modeling groups to minimize model rework
• Communicate across project teams to resolve electrical coordination issues
• Provide guidance to detailers on content and material
• Oversee final electrical trade coordination and sign-off
• Contribute to design pulls and model development for electrical scope
• Manage resources allocated to electrical detailing tasks
• Support constructability standards in modular construction
