Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks an Electrical Constructability Manager – VDC/BIM for the DFW, TX area. This onsite role leads constructability across divisions, coordinates with internal teams and customers, and drives adherence to company standards through detailing processes.

You will mentor detailing staff across locations, manage project execution, and coordinate with multiple functions to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years of related experience or trade apprenticeship completion and 8 years field experience.
• Field Foreman/General Foreman experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to manage distributed multi-location teams.
• Knowledge of design/coordination process and constructability input timing.
• Ability to set deadlines and adhere to schedules.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of constructability for the division.
• Implement construction standards through detailing.
• Ensure quality control throughout project execution.
• Initiate constructability kick-off meetings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff across locations.
• Identify performance inefficiencies, issues, and risks.
• Lead projects spanning multiple business functions.
• Develop deliverables, timelines, resources, and progress reports.
• Report progress to divisional management.
• Oversee budgeting including RFPs.
