Job summary

HFA is seeking an Electrical Designer II to take ownership of project development from construction documents to NEC compliance and lighting design. You will collaborate with engineers and design leads to deliver high-quality commercial building systems and engage in design decisions that support client goals.

Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT is required, with opportunities to expand expertise in power and lighting design while mentoring others and growing within a collaborative, employee-owned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or REVIT for construction documents.
• Understanding of NEC and lighting design principles.
• Ability to perform photometric calculations and select lighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft construction documents for various projects.
• Apply NEC standards and lighting design principles with guidance.
• Collaborate with engineers and design leads to deliver high-quality building systems.
• Assist in construction administration and client communications as needed.
