Job summary

HFA is seeking a lead electrical design engineer to lead electrical design for small to medium projects and portions of larger projects in Bentonville, AR. You will oversee power and lighting design, calculations, construction documents, specifications, and quality control, while mentoring staff and acting as Engineer of Record on approved projects.

The role involves collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring construction administration

Qualifications

• Requires a BSEE from an ABET-accredited engineering program and a Professional Engineer license.
• Candidates should be proficient in Revit and experienced with electrical design, NEC and other national standards, energy codes, photometric and fault current calculations, one-line diagrams, client communication, and project leadership.
