Job summary

CRB seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee the electrical discipline on projects from concept through construction. You will lead design teams, manage budgets, and mentor engineers to deliver power, lighting, grounding, and special systems aligned with client goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in AEC, PE registration, and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients on complex, GMP-related projects.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Architectural Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• 10 years of experience in AEC/engineering environments.
• Professional Engineer registration in good standing.
• Relevant design firm experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a discipline team in electrical design for complex projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients for a coordinated design.
• Develop construction documents, specifications, and calculations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
• Manage project budget and scheduling from an electrical perspective.
