ENTRUST Solutions Group in Minnesota seeks a Design Engineer I to design electrical service systems for new customers, meet client needs, and coordinate with field teams.

You will design overhead and underground power distribution, interact with customers, provide scoping and cost estimates, and participate in on-site reviews. A Bachelor's degree and 0–1 year experience are expected; hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience in consulting or related field.
• Familiarity with CAD or GIS design is a plus.
• Hybrid work capability with up to 20% local fielding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design and develop electrical service systems for new customers.
• Interact with customers, scope projects and estimate costs.
• Produce a design package meeting customer needs.
• Meet with customers and construction crews on site to review scope and execution.
