Jobot is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer EIT for commercial projects in South Florida. You will design power and lighting systems for institutional and commercial buildings, with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Proven experience designing power and lighting systems for complex buildings.
• EIT is desirable for the candidate.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and MS Office.
• Develop electrical designs from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with architecture, mechanical and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Performs 3D Revit and 2D CAD work with detailed design.
• Completes project designs, drawings, calculations and layouts.
• Senior staff interface with clients and leads design during construction.
• Maintain high attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
