Job summary
Florida Engineering Services I is looking for an Electrical Engineer Designer to join its North Miami Beach office. The Electrical Designer will utilize engineering fundamentals to design electrical systems and work on various MEP projects under supervision.
This role requires expertise in REVIT, BIM 360, and AutoCAD, along with a strong foundation in electrical building systems. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and ideally have 2-3 years of relevant experience.
The position is strictly in-office, emphasizing commitment to the Building Design & Construction Industry.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and/or components to specifications.
- Create electrical drawings for new projects and update existing ones.
- Perform calculations for voltage drop and transformer capacities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes in design plans.
- Design various electrical systems and components.
