QTS Data Centers is looking for a Development Project Manager (Electrical SME for Data Center Design) in Duluth, Georgia. This role involves leading design and construction efforts, along with managing relationships with contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders. Includes a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Experience managing project delivery methods: Lump Sum, CM@Risk, Design Build.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
