Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Critical Facility Technician to support mission-critical facilities with extensive electrical and mechanical knowledge.

The role involves installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UPS, PDUs, standby generators, ATS, and BMS/EPMS systems, with the ability to read complex schematics and use specialized diagnostic tools. Applicants should have 8+ years of experience including 3+ years in a critical facility environment, be able to obtain a Secret

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or greater.
• 8+ years' work experience including 3+ years in a critical facility operation (data center or hospital).
• U.S. Citizenship required or eligible for access to classified information; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical electrical systems.
• Work with UPS, PDUs, standby generators, ATS, BMS/EPMS systems.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Utilize testing tools (multimeters, DLROs, infrared tools) for diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform physical tasks in tall, confined, or elevated environments.
