Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Critical Facility Technician to support mission‑critical environments with strong electrical and mechanical expertise.

You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDUs, standby generators, ATS, and BMS/EPMS within complex facilities, while reading schematics and using testing tools. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years in related work with 3+ years in critical facilities, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or greater.
• 6+ years' work experience including 3+ years in a critical facility operation (data center or hospital).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Utah State Journeyman License within first year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in both electrical power (AC and DC) and mechanical systems; installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with UPS, PDUs, standby generators, ATS, BMS and EPMS is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.
• Use various electrical testing equipment for diagnostics and preventative maintenance.
