M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and schedule crews across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality installation and QC. You will manage information packages, as-built drawings, and tool inventories while coordinating with foremen and project teams.

Travel up to 50% is required. This role blends local manufacturing warehouse support with nationwide project sites, demanding physical stamina, safety discipline, and strong leadership to keep projects on schedule.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet and climb ladders/scaffolds safely.
• Strong communication in English and physical stamina for field work.

Mansioni

• Organize material by area and track inventories.
• Identify tools and equipment for each crew and manage sign-in sheets.
• Maintain information packages with drawings, schedules, and cut sheets.
• Submit daily hours and units for each employee.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure professional installations.
• Update as-built drawings weekly and log master records.
• Report accidents per procedures within 24 hours.
• Ensure clean-up and safety compliance at job sites.
• Travel up to 50% may be required.
