Job summary

Cooper Electric Supply, LLC is a neighborhood electrical distributor seeking a proactive counter sales associate in Quakertown, PA. You will greet customers, assist with orders, enter sales tickets, and collect payments while maintaining neat displays and inventory.

You’ll work to meet monthly sales and gross margin goals, encourage digital tool usage, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with orders and product selection.
• Enter sales orders and pick items from warehouse inventory.
• Prepare customer sales ticket and collect payment.
• Handle phone-in customers with courteous etiquette.
• Maintain counter area displays, keep inventory stocked.
• Reach monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Encourage use of digital tools with customers.
• Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks.
