Job summary

Rexel USA in Ocala, FL seeks an Electrical Product Counter Salesman to provide prompt, courteous service and expert product knowledge. You will help customers with purchases, process orders and returns, and support showroom and warehouse operations.

The role involves restocking, maintaining the showroom, and assisting inside sales while staying informed on electrical products and safety procedures. 7am-4pm shifts and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical distribution or related sales environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of lighting, switchgear, controls and electrical commodities is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing of orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for counter business and develop new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
