Job summary

Rexel USA in Naples, FL, seeks a Counter Sales Representative to deliver prompt, courteous service and process orders for customers at the counter. You will support showroom upkeep, assist with daily restocking, and help drive electrical distribution sales by building relationships with customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales in electrical distribution, HS diploma, and familiarity with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• HS diploma required; prior branch experience appreciated.
• Familiarity with Windows-based order entry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases and orders.
• Drive electrical distribution sales and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist with showroom maintenance, restocking, and warehouse duties as needed.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
