Job summary

Rexel USA in Naples, FL is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Rexel team. The role focuses on providing prompt, courteous service and product knowledge to customers, processing orders, and supporting showroom and warehouse functions.

You will work with the branch team to restock, maintain the showroom, and assist in deliveries and returns as needed. A strong emphasis on customer service and safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer

We are looking for a Counter Sales Representative to join our Rexel team located in Naples, FL!

Summary: Employee’s level and pay will be dependent on their level of experience, knowledge, and capabilities. The Counter Sales Representative is a resource for immediate service and product knowledge for our customers. Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and efficient processing of their orders. Works closely with the branch team to assist in receiving, shipping, and stocking.

What You’ll Do:

• Work Hours: 6am - 3pm
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
