Job summary

Rexel USA in Woodbury, NJ seeks a Counter Sales Representative to join the Warshauer Electric Supply team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service, process orders, and support showrooms with product knowledge.

Responsibilities include driving electrical distribution sales, stocking, and assisting with deliveries as needed. A high school diploma and prior customer service or sales in an electrical/industrial setting are preferred. This full-time role offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred
• Previous branch experience preferred
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• May be required to make deliveries up to 20% of the time
