Job summary

Rexel USA in Asheville, NC is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help process orders efficiently.

You will work closely with the branch team on stock, showroom upkeep, and delivery coordination. Requirements include 2+ years in customer service or electrical distribution, plus a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
