Job summary

Rexel USA in Asheville, NC is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to deliver excellent customer service and support for our counter business. You will assist customers with purchases and order processing while working with the branch team to stock and maintain the showroom.

The role requires strong communication skills, a team player attitude, and knowledge of electrical products and distribution environments. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior branch experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Support warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
