Rexel USA Pecos, TX, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers, process orders and returns, and support showroom operations.

You will help maintain stock, assist with warehouse tasks, expand customer relationships, and stay informed on electrical products. The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales and a high school diploma.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required
• Electrical product knowledge and distribution experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
