Job summary

You will support daily sales activities, manage inventory picks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good math, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and present solutions to customers.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with order and product selection.
• Enter sales orders and pick items from warehouse inventory.
• Prepare customer sales ticket and collect customer payment.
• Handle phone-in customers with courteous etiquette.
• Maintain counter area displays—clean, organized and stocked.
• Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across the customer base.
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks throughout the day.
