Job summary

Rexel USA in Lancaster, CA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service and assist customers with purchases and returns. You will help drive counter sales, stock showroom areas, and support warehouse tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.

You will build product knowledge across electrical categories, support inside sales as needed, and collaborate with the branch team to meet safety and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or customer satisfaction
