Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases and processing of orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed (receiving, shipping, stocking, deliveries).
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
