Rexel USA in Farrell, PA is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to join the Mayer team. This role provides prompt, courteous service and processes orders, returns, and inquiries while supporting showroom and stock management.

You will drive electrical distribution sales for the counter, build relationships with customers, stay informed on product knowledge, and assist with daily restocking and occasional small-delivery duties, contributing to a safe, efficient branch operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
• Previous branch experience preferred
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized
• May be required to perform other job functions within a branch including inside sales, preparing and filling orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping material
