Rexel USA in Amarillo, TX, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service at the counter, assist in driving electrical distribution sales, and support showroom and warehouse functions. The role emphasizes product knowledge, prompt service, and teamwork within the branch.

You will help with restocking, order processing, and maintaining a clean showroom while staying informed on product details and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Electrical product knowledge and experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows-based software preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Inform manager of safety or customer-satisfaction concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
