Qualifications

• Two or more years of college/technical school or 3–5 years field experience in electrical products.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication across in-person, phone, and email channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for customer orders made at the City Desk.
• Assist customers professionally with product inquiries.
• Write and occasionally fill orders accurately and promptly.
• Generate customer quotations and perform follow-ups as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer service issues.
• Restock counter area by brand and location.
• Monitor inventory and remove damaged product.
• Maintain a clean and appealing counter display area.
• Identify opportunities to upsell related products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
