Rexel USA in Boston, MA, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. You will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases and order processing, and support the branch team with receiving, shipping, and stocking.

The role may involve occasional inside sales and deliveries, with emphasis on building customer relationships in electrical distribution. We value previous customer service or sales experience, forklift certification (preferred), and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass motor vehicle record checks and medical certificate verification.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop customer relationships.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and safety, and report hazards to management.
• Support daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and orderly presentation of the counter area.
• May perform inside sales, order filling, receiving, stocking, staging, shipping, and occasional deliveries.
