Rexel USA in East Providence, RI is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to welcome customers, process orders, and maintain a well-stocked showroom. You will help grow electrical distribution sales, build relationships with customers, and support warehouse functions as needed.

The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, excellent communication, and teamwork within a branch environment, with opportunities to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer.
