Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for our Easton, MD location. You will provide prompt, courteous service to customers, process orders, and help maintain the showroom and inventory while supporting branch operations.

You will engage with customers to grow electrical distribution sales, build relationships, and stay informed on product knowledge to assist in daily sales efforts and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
