Job summary

Rexel USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases and orders, and support showroom operations. You will help grow electrical distribution sales, build customer relationships, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge.

The role may involve occasional deliveries (up to 20%) and other duties as assigned in a fast-paced branch environment. Requires a valid driver’s license and high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales
• Prior branch experience preferred
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 21 years old

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing of their orders/returns
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and develop new and existing customer relationships
• Stay informed on product knowledge in electrical products and solutions
• Inform manager of any safety or customer-satisfaction issues
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized
• May deliver up to 20% of the time and perform other duties as assigned
