Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent combination of formalized technical education and experience.
- Experience within automation/electrical field and troubleshooting of process and machine automation.
- Strong problem-solving and process-improvement abilities.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings.
- Interaction with Rockwell Automation PLCs and related software for minor edits.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis with technical teams.
- Develop and implement improvements to machine and process issues.
- Provide technical support to engineers, maintenance, and operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the area.
- Minimize downtime through effective actions.
- Coach and train less experienced staff on technical topics.
