Job summary

You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and operations to diagnose problems, improve control systems, reduce downtime, and support preventive maintenance activities using SAP PM or CMMS. Strong hands-on skills with PLCs, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and electrical schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical work experience.
• Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems and PLCs.
• Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, DCS, instrumentation, and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code within Rockwell environments.
• Diagnose, repair, test, calibrate, and adjust instrumentation and control equipment.
• Support pressure, temperature, flow, level, and detection instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot bottling/packaging equipment, conveyors, labelers, and sensors.
• Tune and optimize process control loops; support batch and continuous processes.
