Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Service Technician II to repair, service, and build hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems within our service shop. You will disassemble, inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on complex equipment while guiding less experienced technicians when needed.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of shop experience, with the ability to read hydraulic schematics and operate shop equipment safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on customer products in the service shop.
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect components for repair.
• Diagnose system components and propose solutions to customers.
• Design, fabricate, machine, weld parts as needed.
• Assemble, test, and prepare equipment for shipment.
• Assist with quotes and order entry; support customer inquiries.
