Motion seeks an Electrical Control Panel Assembler / Technician II to join our on-site Franklin, MA team. Under supervision, you will repair, service, and build hydraulic, fluid power, electrical, and mechanical systems in a busy service shop.

You may guide junior technicians and contribute to process improvements. The role emphasizes reading hydraulic schematics, strong communication, and safe operation of shop equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of shop experience preferred.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and diagrams.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned customer products in the service shop.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair components.
• Diagnose components and propose solutions to customers.
• Fabricate, machine, weld, and assemble parts and components.
• Test repaired equipment and prepare for shipment or storage.
• Assist customers with technical questions and quotes.
• Help advance service quality and drive process improvements.
