Job summary

MCI in Dallas (75220) is seeking a tester to inspect industrial control panels, pump stations, and related electrical equipment before shipment. You will read electrical schematics, identify wiring or component issues, perform functional tests, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include documenting results, collaborating with production, engineering, and service teams, and supporting continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical testing, quality control, or industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, motors, VFDs, and control panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and functional testing of industrial control panels and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose and correct wiring, component, and programming issues.
• Verify products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Document test results and quality findings.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and service teams to resolve issues.
