Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. in West Houston, TX is seeking an Electrical Integration QC Inspector to verify quality and compliance of electrical installations in e-houses, modular buildings, switchgear assemblies, PDUs, relay panels, and control panels.

This role performs in-process and final inspections of wiring, terminations, and bonding while ensuring documentation aligns with drawings, BOMs, and customer specs. You will work closely with Electrical Production, Electrical Engineering, Testing, Assembly

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical quality inspection within industrial manufacturing.
• Familiarity with e-houses, switchgear, and control panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Knowledge of NEC and UL standards.

Responsibilities

• Review approved drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and customer specifications; verify materials and dispositions before work proceeds.
• Inspect installation of switchgear, PDUs, transformers, relay and control panels for correct parts, orientation, and ratings.
• Verify wire routing, terminations, grounding, and torque documentation against diagrams.
• Complete inspection checklists, travelers, NCRs, and test documentation with traceability to project numbers and drawings.
• Notify supervisors of significant defects; participate in NCRs and corrective actions to prevent nonconforming work.
