Bechtel is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a team of craft professionals on a New Albany project. You will direct craft activities, manage schedules, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work meets design, safety, and quality standards within budget and timeline constraints.

You will ensure proper tools, monitor productivity, and align construction execution with engineering documents, while fostering collaboration with Field Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors to deliver complex

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards and their application to construction activities.
• Experience with electrical safety practices including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Understanding of construction productivity drivers and workforce planning.
• Ability to monitor and enforce compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, engineering, and field supervision.

• Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned.
• Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft.
• Determines workforce requirements.
• Coordinates established area operational plans.
• Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site.
• Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
• Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
• Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets.
• Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
• Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, Foremen, and Craft Professionals.
