SpaceXAI in Memphis is seeking a hands-on Structural Construction Lead to oversee night‑shift crews building critical infrastructure for our data center. You will manage foundations, formwork, rebar, steel erection, seismic and wind‑resistant systems, and ensure safety and quality across multiple subcontractors.

The role requires 3+ years leading large industrial or mission‑critical projects, a high school diploma, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Hands-on structural experience: foundations, concrete forming/rebar, steel erection, heavy support systems.
• Strong leadership and safety culture with on-site training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift structural installations: foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring, steel erection, embeds, equipment supports and seismic/wind systems.
• Coordinate and schedule contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with structural scope, codes, and SpaceXAI quality standards; maintain logs and as-built documentation.
