Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience supervising 20–50 craft employees.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Willing to travel nationwide and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily inspections for Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
• Act as liaison between contractors and project owners.
• Solve problems that arise on site.
• Establish budgetary guidelines and monitor cost control.
• Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel.
• Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and manage job schedules and coordinate with suppliers.
