Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing 20–50 craft employees simultaneously.
• Broad understanding of electrical systems (underground/conduit/tray) and installations.
• Willingness to travel and relocate nationwide.
• Must be able to access all points of a construction site and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily safety, quality, and productivity inspections.
• Liaise between contractors and coordinate work.
• Establish and monitor job budgets and cost controls.
• Provide job safety training for all personnel.
• Set quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and manage schedules (e.g., 3-week, 90-day plans) and coordinate deliveries.
