Qualifications

• A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing 20-50 craft employees at one time.
• Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including underground layout and installation, above ground systems, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily inspections for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors.
• Establish budgetary guidelines and ensure cost control measures.
• Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel.
• Develop and manage job schedules and coordinate deliveries.
