Qualifications

Minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
Experience managing 20–50 craft employees.
Broad understanding of technical electrical systems.
Ability to travel and relocate nationwide.
Experience supervising union labor is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
Daily inspections of safety, quality, and productivity.
Act as liaison between contractors and owners/general contractors.
Solve problems that arise on site.
Establish budgetary guidelines and ensure cost control.
Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel.
Establish quality standards and QA to meet company policies.
Develop and manage job schedules and coordinate with contractors and deliveries.
