Job summary

Kiewit is seeking Electrical Superintendents to lead industrial and advanced technology projects nationwide. You will supervise crews, manage safety, quality, and schedule performance, coordinating with contractors and customers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Union labor management experience is a plus.
• Direct and supervise crews on electrical projects.
• Broad understanding of electrical systems (underground, above-ground).
• Experience with conduit, cable trays, and hazardous locations.
• Capable of managing 20–50 craft employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily safety, quality, and productivity inspections.
• Coordinate between contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage job schedules (3 weeks, 90 days).
• Establish budgets and ensure cost control.
• Provide safety training for personnel.
• Ensure QA standards and company policies are followed.
• Travel and relocate as needed; nationwide.
