Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Experience managing union labor is a plus.
• Able to supervise crews and coordinate field operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including underground layouts, conduits and cable trays.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise small to medium size construction projects.
• Perform daily safety, quality and productivity inspections.
• Coordinate between contractors and suppliers; resolve issues.
• Establish and monitor job budgets and cost control measures.
• Provide job safety training and ensure QA/QC standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules with contractors and deliveries.
