Job summary

Adams Electric Company in Wilmington, NC is looking for an Electrical Construction Superintendent to plan, direct, coordinate and supervise personnel on electrical installation and maintenance projects. The Field Superintendent will work with the Project Manager, Field Operation Manager, and QA/QC to ensure standards and schedules are met on each project.

Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification as part of safety training requirements.
Licensure as an electrician required or equivalent knowledge/experience.
4–10 years related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical work, coordinate with trades, and ensure deadlines align with project schedule.
Assist with scheduling, manpower projections, and field organization for the project.
Oversee material management and jobsite logistics planning and execution.
Develop and maintain safety plans; ensure adherence to company standards.
Create and maintain QA/QC plans; monitor compliance and documentation.
Lead BIM/design coordination, review drawings, and ensure on-time pre-fabrication delivery.
Oversee pre-fabrication plan and coordination with Project Manager and BIM Manager.
